RGSM Set-up guide

The Came AXO-P Complete kit - for a pair of swing gates up to 7m per leaf, 230v A.C Motors. It can shift up to 500 kg in weight and 7m in width.

The CAME Axo is an electromechanical operator designed for long life and utmost safety even with very large gates. 

The Axo gearmotor has bearing semi-shells in die-cast aluminium of excellent quality and silent running.

Axo is equipped with adjustable mechanical stops to memorize the gate run.

The 24v version has a simplified connection system with only one single three wired cable and with innovative 230v technology, which gives very efficeint and simple control of slowing down movements.

Besides the usual control and safety functions, Axo’s 230V electronics provide certain details that allow for total control of the operator, these include:

• Total control of the gate from the transmitter control including the possibility of immediately stopping the movement of the gate leaves.
• Possibility of programming the gate to partially open. Ideal for all entrances that don’t have a specific pedestrian gate.
• System’s active safety-devices test performed prior to each gate opening and closing cycle.

The Axo also has the following features:

• Tested according to applicable rules and regulations.
• The 24v version can function in emergency mode during power outages.
• Available both in the reversible and self-locking versions.
• Worm screw is always protected thanks to its dedicated cover.
• The 24v version comes with a simplified connection system featuring a single, three-core cable that handles both motor and encoder.
• Encoder-based technology to manage decelerations.
• Adjustable mechanical stops to memorise the gate-run.
• Supporting aluminium half-casings.
• The AX3024 and 5024 motors have a battery backup built-in which allows you to operate the gates just using the remotes suting power outages (please note: You will need two receiver cards (AF43S) for this to work. Click here to add additonal card).
• The 230v Axo kits come with the ZM3E control panel.
• The 24v Axo kits come with the ZLJ24 control panel.
